GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Reports to the Sr. Training Manager and serves as a key contributor to CSC’s Training and Workforce Development operations. The Training Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, analyzing, and continuously improving training programs in alignment with local branch initiatives, corporate standards, and regulatory requirements. This role plays a strategic and operational function by analyzing training data, forecasting training needs, supporting licensing and
quality assurance efforts, and partnering closely with Workforce, Licensing, QA, and Operations teams. The Training Manager may oversee a team of facilitators and provides instructional leadership while ensuring compliance, consistency, and scalability across training programs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
May directly oversee Training Facilitators or instructors as assigned. Responsibilities include scheduling, training delivery oversight, feedback, performance support, and ensuring consistent instructional quality across facilitators.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; and relevant experience in training management, workforce development, licensing, compliance, or security operations. Prior experience analyzing training data, forecasting, and leading facilitators is strongly preferred.
LANGUAGE ABILITY:
Ability to read, interpret, and communicate training standards, licensing regulations, compliance requirements, and procedural documentation. Ability to communicate effectively with frontline staff, facilitators, management, and executive leadership.
MATH ABILITY:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret dashboards, charts, and compliance metrics.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense and analytical reasoning to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
COMPUTER & EQUIPMENT SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Must become proficient in CSC systems including training, licensing, QA, and workforce platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Monday.com, WISH, SORT, internal LMS tools).
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: As a nationwide organization with involvement in many of the world's premier events, the individual may be asked to travel to other branch locations and provide management assistance for such events. Some common annual events include the Coachella Valley Music Festival, Stagecoach Country Music Festival, Electronic Daisy Carnival (EDC), NFL Playoffs, and various conventions.
