We are looking for an experienced and motivated Catering Sales Manager to drive sales and manage client relationships for our catering business. Success in this role means exceeding revenue targets, building strong partnerships, and ensuring seamless event execution. This position is crucial to expanding our brand, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic catering sales plan to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and referrals.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and event execution.
- Work closely with the culinary and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Conduct site visits and tastings to showcase offerings and close deals.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain a strong presence in the community by attending networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
- Ensure all catering orders align with brand standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in catering sales, hospitality sales, or event planning.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and events simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food service operations and event logistics.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
