Reporting to the Senior Manager, Media Partnerships Services, the Manager, Media Partnerships Services will play a key role in the planning and servicing of FIFA’s Media Partners, the Rights Holding Broadcasters for the  FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ and FIFA World Cup 26™.

THE POSITION

The main responsibilities of the Manager, Media Partnerships Services include:

• Support the coordination of all aspects of services provided to FIFA Broadcast Partners in the Host Countries, excluding host broadcast production. These services include, but are not limited to accommodation, accreditation, catering, customs, filming permits, frequency licensing, logistics, transportation, venue access control, visas, and work permits.
• Contribute to defining and implementing an efficient visa process for FIFA Broadcast Partners.
• Coordinate with logistics to detail appropriate custom procedures for broadcast partners to bring professional equipment in and out of the host countries.
• Support the organisation of various workshops as well as venue tours.
• Manage and coordinate services for numerous operations and milestone events leading up to and during the tournaments.
• Support in facilitating a collaborative relationship between media partnership relations and media partnership services, optimising workflows to deliver the highest level of support and services to FIFA Broadcast Partners.
• Develop strong working relationships with key internal FIFA26 functional areas to ensure effective collaboration.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Higher education qualification in media or sports event management
• 3+ years’ experience in the sports industry, experience in a Broadcast environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English. Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
