Reporting organisationally to the Senior Manager, Access Management Operations, the Coordinator, Access Management Administration & Operations will be a key member of the FIFA26 Access Management team collaborating with relevant Functional Areas (FAs) to deliver administrative and procurement departmental needs.

THE POSITION

The main responsibilities and oversights of the Coordinator, Access Management Administration & Operations for the FIFA World Cup 26™ are as follows:

Administration: 
• Support the overall planning, implementation, operational process across all tournament sites to achieve seamless supply and distribution of Access Management devices.
• Assist the Access Management team with clerical duties including drafting correspondence and preparing documents and presentations.
• Serve as the primary contact for Access Management logistics operations across the tournament regions.
• Liaise with other Functional Areas to ensure seamless Access Management operations and support.
• Stay informed about Access Management policies and procedures in line with accreditation and safety and security concepts for the tournament.
• Other duties as assigned by Head of Access Management and Access Management Operations Senior Manager.

Operations:
• Operational procurement activities such as PO creation / modification.
• Coordinate SAP data (Procurement & Technology).
• Develop necessary RFPs for the Access Management team.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree or similar level of higher education in Sports or Business Administration or similar.  
• Football (soccer) access management knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with office equipment and software, including, email platforms, calendar applications, and basic administrative tools, enabling efficient communication and task management.
• Experience within major events logistics and procurement preferred.
• Team player with a strong customer-service focus, comfortable across all levels of communication and a desire to go the extra mile.
• Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role required.
• Demonstratable ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of duties in a dynamic work setting.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and compliance.
• Fluent in English. 
• Fluent in Spanish is an advantage. 
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
