Job Description
Hello!
We are looking for 2-3 brand ambassadors to assist with the Sheetz store opening. Duties will include assisting with set-up, tear-down, running and prize wheel and raffle ticket station. I will email staff that are chosen to work with event details.
EVENT SCHEDULE
7-8:45A: Set-up
9A: Activation Begins
10:00-11:30A: Raffle prizes and ribbon cutting
11:30-12:30P: Teardown and staff event wrap-up meeting
Set-up Footprint:
Large blow up 10 by 10 Tent Tables with Prize wheel and raffle sign-up Sheetz backdrop set-up with speakers for announcements Goals: Talking Points will be shared prior to activation Assist Sheetz staff with set-up, assisting guests with signing up for drawings and interacting with the crowd Prize wheel operation Maintain equipment during the event.
