Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Parking Attendants to join our team in Luzerne County, PA. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth traffic flow and providing excellent customer service to all visitors and patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patrons as they enter the parking facility, providing friendly and helpful assistance.
• Direct drivers to available parking spaces and guide them to the designated parking areas.
• Collect parking fees, issue tickets, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about parking regulations, rates, and general directions.
• Monitor parking lots for any unauthorized or illegal parking activities and take appropriate actions as required.
• Work collaboratively with the parking management team to address any issues and ensure the overall efficiency of the parking operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking facility to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a parking attendant or customer service role is a plus but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidates.

Compensation: The position of Parking Attendant offers competitive hourly pay. In addition, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
