$18 - $30+ an hour -Part-time (pay based on event and position held)
$40 per travel/delivery hours CDL Drivers
$25 an hour-Mascot (4-hour shifts)
$Potential travel opportunities outside of Richmond with alternative rates

The 288 Group is currently seeking individuals who are self-motivated, outgoing, well-spoken, reliable, team players to work as brand ambassadors for promotional events. An ambassador must possess the willingness to become a brand expert, be customer driven and have sales ability to influence and partner with customers and co-workers.
Events will be held throughout Virginia at festivals, sporting events and concerts. This is a part-time flexible position. Candidates must be at least 18+ to be considered. Events are from 4 to 8+ hours and shifts are typically Friday-Sunday with occasional weekday events during peck event season. Onsite training and support will be provided at all events. Each event consists of teams of 3 to 5 Brand Ambassadors.
Mileage (.56 per mile) and Travel pay to and from (½ base pay rate) for events 50 miles outside of Richmond.

Dress for this role is typically casual and we will provide you with a company shirt to wear at events.

Brand Ambassador Duties
Enthusiastically represent 288 and the Brand being represented at events
Review to emails, texts or other correspondence from 288 to ensure that you are prepared before and after events to complete your required tasks and respond when needed in a timely manner.
Flexibility onsite and ability to adjust fit each event venue
Drive to events, assist with set up/take down our Brand Experiences along with the other 288 staff onsite
Engage an assist the Brands employees if/when they are onsite
Follow and execute all COVID related protocols*
Engage with visitors to interact with our Brand Experiences with a friendly informative attitude
Collect contact information from event goers within outlined guidelines of the Brand
Complete detailed comments based on your experience onsite regarding the Brand and 288
Complete personal expense reports within 24 to 48 hours of the event
Requirements (Some experience in marketing or promotions preferred, but not required)
Excellent verbal communication skills
A passion for connecting with people
Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
Able to lift 10 to 50 lbs, transport, and assemble equipment
A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and proof of car insurance
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
· Ability to provide your own transportation to and from events.
Access to a computer/smart phone with Internet connectivity (This is used to receive work requests, monitor your schedule, receive event details, and complete personal expense reports)
