Studio Event Staffing – Upcoming High-End Events in the Tri-State Area
We are seeking an experienced and professional FOH Manager to lead our front-of-house operations for upcoming luxury events. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who can oversee service staff, coordinate with clients and kitchen teams, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Supervise and manage event servers, bartenders, and support staff
Oversee event setup, service flow, and breakdown to company standards
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through attentive service
Coordinate with BOH (Back of House) and client contacts to execute event plans
Enforce service standards, grooming guidelines, and safety procedures
Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Minimum 3 years in a FOH management or lead role (catering, banquet, or upscale restaurant experience preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to think quickly and solve problems on-site
Professional appearance and demeanor
Must have valid documents to work in the U.S.
Evening/weekend availability and ability to travel for events in NY, NJ, and CT
