Cashiers:
Provide a great customer experience. Properly record all transactions via point of sale system, informs guest of amount owed. Collects the proper money for the food and beverage items, process credit cards and determines correct change for guests, maintains accurate cash count and balance drawer at end of the night.
Concession Cooks:
Provide a great customer experience. Coordinate the preparation of all menu items in an appealing and expedient manner, while adhere to specified recipes and food costs. Alert Stand Captain with if there are any product needs, maintain par levels, product quality issues and freshness issues.
Concession Runners:
Provide a great customer experience. Supply guest and cashiers with product ordered per transaction. Provide stand assistance as directed by Stand Captain
Experienced Cooks:
Provide a great customer experience. Responsible for the preparation of club, suites and party room menus. Ensure that all recipes and presentation standards are upheld
Retail Store Associates:
Provide a great customer experience. Product knowledge, meet and greet guests. Cash handling, the ability to merchandise.
Stand Captains:
Provide a great customer experience. Responsible for overall stand operations. Cash handling, beginning and ending inventory counts. Ensure that all stand equipment is functioning properly and stand operations are smooth. Sanitation and safety procedures are followed.
Suite Runners:
Provide a great customer experience. Responsible for aligning with suite server during set up and breakdown.
Suite Servers:
Provide a great customer experience. Responsible for ensuring assigned suites are properly stocked, food and beverage served in a timely manner and cleaned before, during and after service
